For US shipping rates and options please click here. Some items are shipped within 24 hours but most are shipped within 72 hours. We ship via US Priority Mail which takes about 3 days.

Standard Policies
- Returns are accepted with pre-authorization and at no charge if a mistake was made
that was our fault or on damaged product.
- 15% restocking fee is charged if you have no reason to return the goods.
- Orders are processed within 8-24 hours of being submitted. In most cases, your order
will arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been processed. Occasionally your order
will take longer to process, but if this is the case, we will contact you to let you
know when you can expect your order to arrive.

What information do we collect?
When you order, we need your name, e-mail, billing address, shipping address, phone number,
credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to fill your order and
to contact you if the need arises. Orders can be placed into different status modes and you will be emailed about them. See your Account History section for more information.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, you will receive site and product updates and notices of special sales.
How do we protect the information?
All the information collected is stored on a secure server and will never be used without your
consent. The secure server software encrypts all information using the latest 128 bit encryption
processes before it is sent to RPGShop.com.
Will you disclose this Information?
Never. This information is too precious to share it with anyone. We too hate Spam and unsolicited
phone calls.
